Job Description
Asset Tracing Investigators ("CC" or "C" License ONLY)
Responsible for tracing /or researching and working with all functional areas service, operations, and asset investigations of there assigned regions. Responsible for customer interface, site surveys, processes and procedures. Assist with implementation of iDepots, develops operation control and asset protection. Oversees Asset Tracing to ensure there is enough inventory identified per benchmarks. Ensure safe guard of the assigned assets through proper asset utilization and returns.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Build and develop Recycler relationships at the decision maker level.
- Develops operation control and asset protection.
- Oversees asset tracing to ensure there is enough inventory for return. Locates the correct manufacturer to return all assets to use the normal export procedure of each company and reduces transportation cost.
- Manages Customer Service Transactions including “Asset Tracing Reports (ATR)”, procedures, implementations, etc. in order to clean up old transactions and to develop communication.
- Generates new leads for Assets returns
- Coordinate Retail Recoveries (all Levels)
- Manage Stray Asset Tracing
- Forensic Asset Tracing
- Coordinate Drop List locations with Sales Team, Implementation Team, Transaction Mgmt
- Optimal tracing of less than truckload pallet quantities (i.e., "milk runs")
- Constant communication and distribution of pallet identification and instruction
- Maintain Master Inventory List
This position will travel 70-80% of the time within the USA.
Requirements:
Excellent analytical / or investigative, research abilities as well as strong written and oral communication skills are required. A high degree of professionalism and the capacity to learn quickly are also critical attributes.
Preferred: Prior industry experience or other relevant work experience is strongly desired. Significant related experience (prior law enforcement, military, private investigator) a plus.
Administrative Officer (Bilingual/Spanish-English)
Responsible for conducting
secretarial and administrative duties. Manage schedule, arranging
appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, follows leads through phone call follow-ups, etc. Work requires
some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment. Remain
knowledgeable of business unit's policies. May make contacts of a
sensitive, complex, and confidential nature. May work for one or several
department professionals, division heads, units, officers, or managers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate managers' schedules, making appointments and establishing agendas.
- Arrange and coordinate business travel for managers, directors, or other division heads.
- Screen managers' phone calls and incoming mail.
- Perform word processing duties.
- Coordinate department meetings; arrange use of conference rooms.
- Serve as a contact to employees, investors, or other stakeholders inside and outside the organization
- Documents and follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Uses features and functions of computer software packages to
produce electronic mail, reports, spreadsheets, charts, graphics,
spreadsheets, or databases, etc.
- Processes forms for
on-boarding/off-boarding of resources, executing personnel/benefit
actions and communicating information relating to policies, procedures
and benefit programs.
- Monitors office supply inventory and reorders as necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High
school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education
and experience that is required for the specific job level.
A.A. / A.S. a plus, but not required
Lead Marketing Developer; Retail Focus (Bilingual/Spanish-English)

Successfully lead a client marketing team to create demand for
the i3GlobalSecurity portfolio, focused primarily on key contracts
acquisition. Act as a working leader with a hands-on approach to develop
prospect, client and category specific marketing strategies.
Direct and optimize marketing / targeting resources in partnership
with Sales focusing on key client and prospect opportunities. As a
leader, maximize revenue & profitability
through key prospect acquisition & key client & category growth
& retention.
Own development of the department strategy by leading the Marketing
team in driving revenue growth via cross selling and new client
acquisition with Sales through the positioning and integration strategy
of i3globalSecurity products and services. Proactively identify and evaluate
potential sales opportunities by utilizing internal/external resources.
Attend key client presentations, planning sessions and industry events
to ensure internal Marketing support teams have sufficient sales &
client feedback to help develop client-focused deliverable.
Develop direct reports by owning the performance management process
and providing learning opportunities and direction. Optimize resource
allocation to drive innovative marketing strategies that create demand
for the i3globalSecurity portfolio.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Owns interpreting corporate strategy and translating it into tactical departmental strategies and plans
- Responsible for addressing complex business issues beyond
immediate needs or where established policies may not be aligned with
business needs/objectives
- Requires broad conceptual judgment and ability to deal with complex factors not easily evaluated
- Leads strategic initiatives impacting the function or business
- Owns and is accountable for the quality and quantity of
work, staff motivation, methods and practices, discipline and staffing
decisions, and varied management/supervisory duties
- Typically directs through managers and a geographically dispersed team
